Returns:

Barefoot Evolution accepts returns for incorrectly sized items as long as they have not been worn. When first receiving your order its important to try them on indoors, on carpet, to get an idea. If they are in brand new condition we can accept them back and send you a new size - add $20 for postage and handling - or you can return them to our Gym.

Shipping:

Postage and handling is $20 for registered post anywhere in Australia. You are also free to pick up your order from our Gym during opening times - contact us first to arrange a time and ensure stock availability. Due to overwhelming demand for these shoes, we often sell out and sometimes delivery can take up to 6 weeks for out of stock and hard to get items (eg KSO TREK's - we are the only store in Australia selling these).

Please contact us first before placing an order if this is a problem, rest assured we do everything we can to complete your order in a timely fashion.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Please see our returns policy above for information regarding returns for refit's.
